We facilitate the connection between applicants and our network of licensed lending partners and financial institutions. All financial products and lending decisions are made exclusively by these third-party lenders.
2. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
Submission of a loan application or pre-qualification request does not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or an offer from a lending partner. All lending decisions are made solely by the independent lending partner based on their criteria, credit assessment, and applicable laws.
3. Application & Service Fees
Your application or service fee (if applicable) grants access to our comprehensive loan facilitation services, which may include:
- Submission and processing of your loan application to our network of lending partners
- Credit checks and identity verification as authorized by you
- Assistance with required documentation and customer support
- Access to financial educational resources
Fees for processing the application and providing access to our network are for services rendered and may apply regardless of whether a loan offer is extended or accepted. Services are billed as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Refund Policy
Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for complete details. Refunds are not granted based on a lending partner's decision to deny a loan or the absence of a loan offer. Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with the terms of our specific service agreements.
5. Financial Privacy and Credit Reporting
Westview Loans is committed to safeguarding your financial privacy. We comply with all applicable federal and state financial privacy laws and regulations. By submitting an application, you explicitly authorize Westview Loans to share your information with credit reporting agencies and lending partners for the purpose of credit assessment and verification.
6. Customer Choice
You retain the right to seek loan services from any financial institution or lender of your choice. Westview Loans does not restrict customer choice and will provide assistance with application processes upon request.
7. Communication Consent
By submitting your information, you explicitly consent to receiving marketing and informational calls, text messages, and emails from Westview Loans, its Affiliates, and Lending Partners at the contact number(s) you provided, including wireless numbers. This consent includes calls and messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or have a pre-recorded voice. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in a mutually agreeable county in Washington, in accordance with JAMS rules. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of the policy will be revised accordingly.
